What does it cost a developer?

Nothing. Joining is free and stays free. We earn from companies when we place a developer on a project.

How do payments work for freelancers?

We handle them, with immediate invoicing and short payment terms. No open-ended deadlines and no chasing the client. You do the work, we deal with the rest.

We're a company — how do we start?

With a call where you tell us the profile you need and the budget. From there we bring you a shortlist of 3-5 developers who fit and are available. The search is free and you only pay the agreed rate for the professional.
