Question 1

What does the search cost?

Accepted Answer

Nothing. You tell us the profile and the budget on a first call, and we help you check that the budget is realistic for the market. You only pay the agreed rate for the professional — no fees, no surprises.

Question 2

How long until I see candidates?

Accepted Answer

We work from the brief, not from a CV pile. You get a shortlist of 3-5 developers who fit the stack, the seniority, the availability and the budget, and who are genuinely free to start.

Question 3

Are these employees or contractors?

Accepted Answer

Contractors. The developers in the network are freelancers who invoice you directly, which is why they can start quickly and scale down when the project ends.

Question 4

What is staff augmentation, exactly?

Accepted Answer

You add external professionals to your own team for a period. They work alongside your people, while you keep running the project and the roadmap. It is different from outsourcing, where a supplier takes over the work itself.

Question 5

What if the developer is not the right fit?

Accepted Answer

We replace them at no extra cost, so the project picks up from where it was.

Question 6

Can you search for a specific technology?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The search runs on languages, frameworks, cloud platforms, databases and any other requirement the project has.
